Cancellations & refunds

Strictly no refunds on session bookings.

You can reschedule your session up to 48 hours in advance.

If you don’t show up for a session without notice, it’s considered a cancellation.
How to request a refund

If eligible, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
