We keep things fair and straightforward. This refund policy explains how refunds work if you’ve booked a session with us.

Cancellations & refunds

  • Strictly no refunds on session bookings.

  • You can reschedule your session up to 48 hours in advance.

  • If you don’t show up for a session without notice, it’s considered a cancellation.

How to request a refund

  • Email us at info@businessownersadvisory.com with your name and session details.

  • If eligible, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Exceptions & discretion

  • We’re human too. If something unexpected happens, contact us. We’ll look at it on a case-by-case basis.
