Terms & Conditions - the basics

Bookings & payments

  • All sessions must be paid for in advance.

  • Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

  • Booking a session means you agree to these terms.

Rescheduling & cancellations

  • All sessions are strictly non-cancellable.

  • By prior arrangement sessions can be rescheduled in advance of at least 48 hours.

Session conduct

  • Be on time and ready. We’ll make the most of every minute.

  • We’re confidential and independent. You get unfiltered advice.

  • You’re responsible for your decisions and actions.

Limitation of liability

  • Advice given is based on the information you provide.

  • We are not liable for outcomes or losses resulting from your business decisions.
